Made from High grade kiln dried lumber
Strong, stable, light and easy to install
High quality construction featuring lock mitre corners and baffles for strength.
Can be installed after Gyproc.
Pre-finished in our shop by the same craftsmen that make our Structural Timber Frames.
Available in a range of standard sizes up to 24’ long.
Custom sizes and lengths up to 28’ are available, with no joints.
Proprietary hand finishing techniques mean that the corner joints are invisible.
Can be made into trusses
Can be used to enclose other structural elements, such as steel or LVL to look like authentic solid wood beams.
Can be mixed with Structural Timber Frame.

Available wood species include: Eastern White Pine, Douglas Fir, Western Red Cedar, Oak and re-claimed/barn boards
Available textures include: planed, Brushed, Rough sawn with visible mill marks (circular and band saw)
Finished with hand rubbed High grade all natural oils (Tung, linseed and safflower)
Available in a Wide range of standard colors.
Custom colors and color matching service available on request.

Box Beam Design Service

Our team offer a design service for Box Beam elements. We can specify and size box beams to look like solid timber frame structures for any project.

We can provide 3D sketches, color renderings and technical drawings to integrate into existing Architectural plans.

Custom steel elements are also available, such as straps, hangers, decorative plates, tie rods and turn buckles.
